Goals:
1. Fuel athletic activity, specifically, I want to run half marathon distance races.
2. Reduce and maintain body weight of 200 (over the next year).
3. Maintain healthy nutrition that keeps me happy and keep it light in the process.
4. Develop a system for family meal plans.
MY NOTES:
I had a very good week. Family reunion came and I still met my personal nutritional goals.
My weight continues to be online with my objectives.
*Days I have wine I have it at supper, was at end of the day.
Exercise: I have a routine advisor at the Wellness Center for workouts. I am lined up for 3 workouts a week. I go through the routine twice for now with stretching afterwards. I have continued my bicycle rides. I have gentle yoga twice a week.
